Step by step
Start your day with a warm bath or shower. Use the Blue Protect Soap with slow, upward movements from foot to head — this follows the direction of energy flow.
Let the soap soak in for 1–2 minutes while you visualize a clear blue light completely surrounding and protecting you.
Rinse off. Gently dry yourself and spray the Blue Protect Spray 4× around your body in a circular motion.
Also spray on wrists and neck. Close your eyes and consciously say or think: "I am protected. Negativity has no access to my aura."
